Any thoughts on 24" LCDs for under $400? I'm considering the Samsung 245BW (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001234) (they have it cheaper at Costco, along with Costco's amazing return policy) or a similar Costco-only Samsung that will be on sale for $350. Opinions, experience, etc. would be appreciated (I'm already aware of the fact that Samsung uses three different manufacturers for panels and know how to check). I'll mostly be using it for browsing the Internet, chatting, gaming, homework, etc., with the occasional movie. No photo editing, so total color accuracy isn't 100% critical and I don't give a shit about viewing angles.

There are plenty of TN panels for under $400 nowadays. I just want to hear from people with some personal experience with LCDs.

It's a bit pricey. I recently ordered a Samsung 42" for $550
It's a deal I guess. I'll get the specs soon.

Getting this. It'll be on sale for $350 on the 4th. It's the successor to the 245BW. It's a stripped down version (X), so no fancy stand with USB ports and shit, but that's a good deal for a good monitor.

Edit: Just found a $30 rebate I can send in for it, too. $355 after tax and recycling fee :D
