Is this normal?

I started puberty at age 11 and I'm now 17 years old. I still have the face of a "kid". I still hear adults calling me "kiddo" and "hun", probably because I still look like a kid. My mustache takes approximently a month to grow back. My beard takes two weeks to grow back.

Your fine. Your just a late bloomer. You're body will get there eventually.

the changes you go through during puberty happens in different orders for everyone. in time your face will take a more mature look. until then you just have to be patient.
