so when i first started shaving i didnt do it right and got really bad razor burn adn it never went away is there anything i can do to get rid of it??

Try different skin creams and lotions. Maybe some aloe if you have it. Hydrocortisone if it itches.

it doesnt itch or anything and i have already tried a bunch of lotions and aloe and vasoliene but they are just red spots that dont go away and i think they are scars

I'm assuming you were shaving your pubes.

It sounds like dermatitis, an inflammation of the top layer of skin caused by the razor scraping across it. As a BTW, shaving creates friction as the razor s dragged across the surface of the skin, which itself is very delicate, esp. down there, where it is covered, protected and pampered. And, if you shaved against the grain, you get even more burn.

If you did this recently, like in the last week, put a thin layer of Vaseline JELLY on it for a while and leave it alone. You will not be scarred, the bumps will go down. If this doesn't work, there are OTC hydrocortosone creams, but try the Vaseline first (The JELLY, not the lotion).
