Yeah I was looking for that link sometime ago, thanks for posting it. These are great, they really do work, I also think it has improved how far I can shoot.

kegeling is a way of exercising you PC muscle when you are next urinating try stopping the flow of urine when you do that you are using you pc muscle kegeling is doing the same thing but when you have an erection and when you are not urinating kegeling help improve the quality of erection how far you squirt when you come and many other things
