Females don't ejaculate at all really. Some don't even have the ability to. Usually it takes them a long time to ejaculate or some just do I can't explain it to you.

I think the question translates into--

When a male masturbates he is horny, after he ejaculates he is no longer horny. Does the same thing happen for a woman or do they continue being horny even after they ejaculate/orgasm.

I think the answer is yes because women are known to have more than one orgasm and keep going way longer than men do.

This is a great question, I get it! He's saying that guys feel better when they ejaculate but since girls don't, what's the pleasure for them? Good one.

Girls are built differently than we are (obviously), but the feelings and urges are very similiar, they have a sex drive just like we do, and as a result of that sex drive, they have sexual tension, like we do. So, they relieve that same sexual tension, that 'horny' feeling by masturbating and having an orgasm, like we do, but they do not ejaculate stuff the way do.

So, they're very similiar to us in the stuff you cannot see, but can feel. With the exception that in the end there's no ejaculation.
