A veryyyyyy stupid question.

I feel very stupid asking this, but like you know how they have rehab for drugs and alcahol, ect... but like what if you like cut yourself (I dont, Lol) ? I havnt reallly looked up the word Rehab so idk if its just strictly for druggies and compulsive drinkers.

A self harmer may end up getting hospitalised for a bit if the situation is serious enough. That would be, however, either for a set number of days or until they are deemed safe enough to return home as opposed to lasting until they no longer self harm.

Don't feel stupid for asking though. It is an honest and genuine question when it is so commonly described as something that can become an addiction.

Yes there are rehab programs for cutters and suicidal people. We have a place an hour away called River Vally Behavioral Center my friend went there, because he did some meth, and he went on a suicidal rampage. Some of these programs house both druggies and cutters. They also offer therapy and counseling.
