what is it about a song that makes you like it or become hooked on it?


for me its one of two things, or sometimes both. the first thing, it has a catchy tune that gets me hooked and the other thing is when the lyrics relate to a personal experience or emotion that i can relate to.

For me, it has to have either a catchy tune, a good beat or lyrics I can relate to or find amusing :)

anything crazy and new, out of the norm and im hooked (so long as i like the genre)

1) Good lyrics AND good music combined. This is so hard to find anymore.

2) Different and new styles.

My taste in music is so random.
