Hello I have a problem, I am wondering if I need circumcision, or not.
My foreskin, does not retract past the very tip of my penis at all, when masturbating.

There is no medical reason behind circumcision so I doubt very much that you need it.

Are you not able to retract it, follow these instructions:

This is common at the beginning of puberty, when you usually start sliding it back regularly to wash and masturbate. The best advice here is to try to pull your foreskin back as much as you can, without hurting yourself, and wash under it. The water and soap will slowly separate whatever is holding the foreskin to the head (the membrane). This happens because when you're born (and as a young child) your foreskin is attached to the head to prevent anything from going inside of it; to keep the head clean. It separates once you start sliding it back. Give it a few weeks if you start doing this daily.

I'd also try to pull it outward (put your fingers in); that apparently helps if you have trouble when you're erect.

If you just have to pull it back manually when hard...that's just normal.

Unfortunately, this comment reflects personal bias rather than medical fact.
There are quite a few medical conditions which would require circumcision, let's leave the final diagnosis and treatment recommendation to a qualified medical professional who would make the correct determination after proper examination.

And, our resident expert on these things, Dolphus, is correct in his advice on early adolescent tightness.

Fine let me rephrase my earlier statement.

"In this instance there is no medical reason for circumcision, so I doubt that you need it."

Its normal [B]so dont get it cut![B] they dont use any pain killers ans they cut off your skin. it can get infected ad everything and when you have sex or masturbate you get less feelings because your cutting off nerve endings!

seeing other replies this is normal. Try stretching it outward. I have done that for a long time and it works perfectly. If your erect then it's normal for the penis to try and push the foreskin off.

Hope I have helped.

That is not necessarily true. There are studies that have found little to no difference in sensitivity between circumcised and uncircumcised men.
