There isn't really a bad score for the Tanner calculator
And seeing as its out of 5 (right?), you got three, and you're 13 (about just starting puberty), you sound right on track.

He took a test to see what stage he was on the Tanner Scale (a scale that says what stage of puberty youre in) and he got a 3. He was asking if it was normal for him to get 3 at his age which is 13.
