Yes, it's fine when you're(his) parents don't know. If they walk in on you in the middle of it, they'll most likely excuse themselves and confront you about it another time, or just drop it all together and never speak of it.... EVER. They may tell you to stop what you're doing and tell you(or your friend) to go home. It all depends on your(his) parents.

I expect that they have probably figured it out by now, you know, all the signs that give it away. More use of tissues, use of vaseline, staying in bed longer, stains on things etc.
But anyway, no it wouldn't be a good idea to tell them. Might be best to keep it on the quiet. But it depends on your parents.
