you scrotum doesn't really become a certain size. actually your sack is just elastic skin that contracts and loosens. so it really depends on the temperature... try stretching your sack out in a hot shower and see how large it is.

exactly.

Your ballsac changes how big it appears to be, and how wrinkly etc (a lot of things change) because it loosens and contracts depending on the temperature. So really any question about how big your ballsac is supposed to get or what it's supposed to look like it really hard to answer.
