well that sucks that your dad dumped that on you, but just tell your brother that things that he'll have to deal with.
Like, tell him that he'll grow hair, he'll get taller, his voice will start cracking and eventually he'll sound like a man, he'll get pimples, and if you feel comfortable, tell him he'll get urges sometimes too. Just tell him the truth and maybe some of what you're going through so you two can relate. It'll probably get through to him easier if you do that.
Also, be sure to tell him that everybody develops differently, like that he might grow and develop faster or slower than his friends, but all of that is normal. That will be a big load off his chest.

You should talk with your dad and ask him why he's not doing this. How old are you, and how old is your bro?

I recently had to do with this for my wee cousin whos 11/12.
I kept it light hearted, he knew quite a lot and I just went over what he will expect to happen.
Only thing he was concerned about that was getting pubes :P

Number 1: Why isn't your dad stepping up to the plate and teach?
Number 2: Ask him what he knows already and go from there

Well teach him the basics to start with. Eg: hair, size of gentiles, mood swings then work from there. If possible, if he has any questions he can ask them here. i'm sure we will be willing to answer.
Sorry your dad is doing this to you. nI hope I wont have to do the same to my sis. :s

I think that maybe his dad is abit too shy, but anyway tell what's to be expected e.g what's going to be growing and how his body is going to be changing etc

That sucks.
1. Just tell him the basics. Hair, growth, voice.
2. And if your feeling comfortable then tell him about the sexual urges and feelings that he'll get.
3. Also tell him that everyone develops differently and at different times. That way he won't worry about being a bit behind like some people are on here.
Anyway good luck.
