Ok Well my frind is about to turn 14 i finf that the closer you get to the age 14 or higher you start to get more hair nd stuff
and his brother is 11 and has about more hair on his legs than me and im 13

the answer: EVERY SINGLE PERSON DEVELOPS DIFFERENTLY. Some people are hairy. Some are not. Some grow hair before others.

His brother is growing hair faster than you. Both of you are normal, because both of you are different from each other and you can never expect that one person is going to develop the exact same as another. Everybody's different. Its very simple really.

The other thing is that leg hair isn't determined as much by hormones and puberty as pubic hair. So what you're seeing in the 11 year old, on his legs, might not have anything at all to do with puberty.
