It varies, it's personal. A lot trim, just to be 'neat', some shave, but complain of the itchiness when it grows back.

Also like Sam said. The trimming and/or shaving of your pubes is a personal decision. But do be cautious when you shave, your genital area will be quite itchy.

I shaved and didn't itch, although I didn't directly go onto the skin, I had an electric razor and I just kind of went over the top of things. Works pretty well.
