It's really no diff for girls than for boys: Puberty is overwhelming. At 14, you're just, well, 14. Don;t make any assumptions, wait and see, things will be clearer as you get older.

And, I'm not so sure about dating without your mom's permission, this sounds pretty risky, yes? Maybe if you didn't give yourself so much permission to do all these things you wouldn't be facing these questions in the first place? Maybe it would be better to play by the rules, and maybe just wait a while?

Desi, I think you need to wait it out, sexuality is a complicated thing it takes a while to sort it out.

If it's confusing for you, at the very least, you might try to avoid physical/sexual things. When people do them, the accompanying rush often prevents us from sorting out, figuring out, our feelings and making decisions.
