Am I a late bloomer?

I just turned 17 and I have no facial hair yet and my dad can grow a full beard. I have no hair on my inner thigh area and I have been told I don't look 17, but more like 15. I am only 5'8 inches to. Also, my dick is only 5 1/2 inches, is there by any chance for it to grow another 1/2 inch so I reach 6 inches. I have always looked younger and stuff then I am, to. When will I start to look more like 17.

well it could be everyone is different and you can still grow i wouldn't worry too much just remember that you will grow is something that will happen no one will know when but it will happen

You are not really as late as you may think. You are perfectly normal. I would expect you to be able to gain that .5 inch that you want but it is not guarnteed. You do have an average sized penis though so you really don't need it. Also, facial hair dosen't happen to everyone in high school. I would expect you to get some within the next 2-3 years. Don't forget that puberty extends well into the 20s. So don't think you are running out of time. Last, may eventually get to the thighs it may not. Puberty is different for everyone.
