I have small bumps on my scrotum and back of my penis What is this?

and on the bottom of my head there are small white bumps but are extremely small. whats that???

Have you had sex with somebody that had an STD(or something along those lines)? It could be that you got it from them. But, that is HIGHLY unlikely...
