It could be smegma or whatever its called, just wash your penis and it should go away.

I think you're just talking about the inner foreskin. I'm dark-skinned so obviously it's a different color for me, but the skin underneath your foreskin is always lighter-colored than the exterior skin.

Does it go around the entire penis? If it is, then it's probably your frenular band, the bit of elastic tissue right at the end of the foreskin which gives it it's typically puckered appearance.

When you retract, it looks like a thin line that goes around your penis,which is maybe what you're referring to?

well, this os just a hunch, but if you look at pictures of hearts(human hearts) they have fat around them that is yellow, this is what fat looks like when it is near organs, and muscle, and nerves, so the head and skin at the end of your penis, may have the slightest bit of fat, that spreads around as a ring...

This is just a hunch, but i don't think this is serious.

its not a ring it looks like a yellow dot and its inside the foreskin and can only see it when i pull my fore skin back

If it's just a yellow dot, I think it's that -- a yellow dot. We have small discolorations all over our skin. We just tend to notice them more when they're on our dick.

i can only c the yellow piece of somthin when my fore skin is pulled back its in the middle of the fore skin it sort of looks like puss but its hard when i touch it

It's called smegma and you can easily clean it off in the shower or in the bath, when it builds up it can look weird and also is a tad unhygienic.

See if you can clean it off.
