I have like 7 underarm hairs under each arm.
People say i sound like a girl / or a really young boy
Im only 5'0
my dad is 5'8
my mom is 5'6

I know you probably expected this, but you're more than likely a late bloomer.
I've known some guys who didn't go through puberty until 16/17.
I'd ask you dad around what age he started puberty,
Because development seems to be genetic.

or like one of my best friends he was goin through puberty hella fast like we had pubic hairs and a lil amrmpit hairs and then it all stoped and like 6 months later he got more pubs and more ampit hair.but idk

Shhh...but at 14 you're still a 'really young kid', so there's nothing wrong with your development. These things take time, donlt be impatient.

The changes occur gradually, over time, it's not like you wake up one morning ab=nd suddenly there's this huge noticeable change.

Go about your life, don't worry, if there was a prob the doc woulda noticed and told you.

You may have not matured enough to ejaculate yet, which comes from Late bloomer, or body not mature yet.

Ask you daddy what age he came in.
