Porn often makes you more stimulated and horny, so you will have a more powerful orgasm. People often become porn addicts because of the curiousity of the mature peoples bodies. Then it just becomes habit and you can't seem to get stimulation without it.

So what should i do, look less and less until i dont need to?

Well nothing is wrong with porn, it is perfectly normal, but if you want to stop, it just takes will power. Just yes, back off of it and eventually don't look at it. If you really want to stop NOW, you can download a parental control thing that will block sites like that.

Honestly, I dont really know how to get that for free for you, I am just not sure. Sorry. But with some research, it should turn out.

Or you can jsut keep from it with will power.

You can't become 'addicted' to porn. Nicotine, yes. Alcohol, yes. Porn, no.

Porn appeals to a basic biological instinct, remember that sex is first and foremost a biological drive designed to continue the species, for reproduction. So, we're all hardwired to be sexual, and to be sexually aroused by sexual things, like pretty girls and porn. That's why the arguments about masturbation being 'wrong' miss the mark: Morality ('wrongness') is a cognitive term, it refers to things people can control. Sexuality is purely biological. You cannot 'judge' something that you basically have no control over b/c it's biological. It would be like saying it's 'wrong' to sweat when it's hot.

But I digress. You cannot 'stop' looking at porn not b/c you're 'addicted' to it, it is difficult to stop b/c it's a powerful biological connection you're experiencing b'twn your natural urge (sexuality) and the stimulus (porn).

The issue with porn for young 'uns (those under 18) is that you have these high powered urges, but not the experience or maturty to understand them. So, without that frame of reference, it's easier to conclude that what you're seeing is 'real' that it's what you can actually expect during sex. But, it's acting, the way the actors relate to each other, their enthusiasm, the noises, the sizes, the positions, are all supposed to be entertaining, not factual. Actaully, the only thing 'factual' is how the parts fit together.

If you find your urges to watch porn difficult, try recreating it in your head, use your imagination. At least that way, you are in control of it, and that sense of control might make you feel less anxious.

i had this problem, i think, with a parential controll thingy, it just stops you, and if you're really into it, you find a loophole, so i found that to stop it, taker my three advice tips...

1) Don't let looking at porn get in the way of your life, don't free time just to look at porn.

2) If you know that you look at it once a day, slowly look at it less, maybe down to once every two days, than twice a week, to once a week, even to once a month, then you have more self controll.

3) If you really want somthing preventing you from looking at it, make sure that you block the sites, and put safety on google, and other search engines.

And those were my three tips, keep your self busy...

Try to keep your self busy. Since it is normal, i guess it is ok. Talke your parents in to putting a parental control thingy on ur computer. Tell them you are getting annoying pupo-ups.
