I am a 5'10 130 pound 15 year old. Everyone is always telling me i'm too skinny but im actually pretty ripped. My dad is a doctor and he says not to worry and that i'll gain weight eventually. I know he's right but im still self conscience about it. I am VERY concerned that my penis and testicles have not grown at all. I have pubic hair and arm pit hair but i have not had any growth. My girlfriend and i are ready to kinda start experimenting with everything except sex but im really worried about her doing anything to me because i dont want anyone knowing that i have a small penis. i know it will grow eventually but i'm just nervous.

If your girlfriend truely loves you then she wouldn't go on and about blabbing about how small you are. It's quite ridiculous for someone that age to do that anyways. Just don't worry, you will grow for sure.

If she cares about your size, then you really shouldnt be having sex with her.
And most likely at 15 she hasn't seen that many before, maybe in porn (thats edited).

I think you dont need to worry about it, and if/when it happens just let it ride out.
But i disagree with somepeople here because your 15 so i doubt either one of you in truly in love. you guys are probably just looking to have a good time :)
