Well when you are in the shower try to pull back your foreskin, and gently wash the head of your penis, and when you go to the bathroom pull it back, and if you masturbate try to pull the foreskin over the glands and back, I guess thats about all you can do you just have to start getting used to it.

There are no glands in the penis, the closest one is the prostate. I'm not really sure if there is anything you can do about it. It really isnt a problem, is it?

The head of the penis is called the glans penis; that's what he means.
surenix is right. Here:
The head of your penis is accustomed to being protected by the moist environment of your foreskin (which is, after all, mucous membrane, like the inside of your mouth and eyelids). Therefore, this is common if you haven't touched the head with your fingers before, since your fingers are dry, not moist. Notice how there's no discomfort if you use the foreskin. To get the head used to being touched by your hand, just slide back the foreskin and start washing it with water by cupping some water and dropping it on the head. As time goes on, you'll be able to rub the head a little. Progress little by little and after weeks, you'll be able to wash the head without discomfort, and that sensitivity will feel good instead.

If you're circumcised, I guess just do the same thing...although honestly I have no idea what to do then.

well, heres some practical advice, try making your self used to having it out, and so soon it should be a bit more accustomed, and less sensitive and painfull to touch etc.
