I've heard that if a non-virgin stops having sex for a long time, her hymen can grow back,is this true?

im not entirely sure if the hymen can grow back. i searched google just to make sure before i said anything but i couldnt find anything confirming or denying whether it can or not. but i do know that SOME women that take a vow a celebacy after losing their virginity consider themselves virgins when they do end up having sex again.

people can put what ever spin on it that they want, but once the sex is done, you're not a virgin anymore and really its as simple as that.

It's not really possible to "re-virginise". Though there is an operation that gives you an intact hymen again.
No, the hymen cannot grow back once it has been stretched open. The hymen is a thin, fleshy tissue that stretches across part of the opening of the vagina. The hymen can be stretched open the first time a girl has vaginal intercourse. Some people believe that a woman whose hymen has been stretched open is no longer a virgin. But having a hymen and being a virgin are not the same thing. There are other ways that a woman can stretch her hymen, including using tampons, insertive masturbation, riding a bicycle, or doing gymnastics. Virginity means never having had sex. People may define "sex" differently. Most people agree that women and men lose their virginity the first time they have penile-vaginal intercourse. Many people also believe that people who have sex with someone of the same sex can lose their virginity through oral or anal intercourse. But regardless, there is no way to "regain" virginity — being someone who never had sexual intercourse — no matter how long anyone goes without having sexual intercourse.

No, it doesn't.
When you stop having sex for a long period of time,
You become smaller down there because there is nothing in there stretching it out.
So when somebody who hasn't had sex for a long time does have sex,
It hurts more than it did before they stopped having sex.

Well everyone has different opinions on what is virginity and how to lose it and when and all that jazz. However in my opinion,(I remember they had a thread about this and it went on for a very long time a few weeks ago) if you perform any sexual with any persont hen you are no longer a virgin. I look at virginity as a mental/emotional kinda thing. Not physical. I don't base virginity off of a hymen because I am not sure if this is correct but I thought it was possible to break it yourself during masturbation or something. So if you masturbate and you break it youre still a virgin. So when it was said earlier how virginity would come back if the hymen grew back, I don't think of it that way. I think it should not be based off of a physical little wallish thingy. Anyways soo umm I don't know if it would grow back, I mean it can possibly maybe because people can make a lot of things grow nowadays. However I don't think that you would become a virgin again if it mysterisouly did grow back. So that is my take.
