I know you get a lot of people asking so I'll apologise in advance

well i am not sure if i may be developing one

- i have a fear of putting.
- i weigh myself everyday.
- i like terrible if i put on weight.
- i think about making myself vomit and have done in the past
- i always see all the fat on me
- i am constantly thinking about how fat i am.
- i refuse to eat certain foods
- i know nearly all the calories that are in the foods I eat
- i sit in school and add the calories up in which I have eaten
- i've taken laxatives
- drinking diet coke because it only has 1 calorie in it
- hating myself if I eat to much
- eating anything over 1000 calories and feel a failure
- I won't eat if I go out any where
- I'll weight myself im amm at a friends house
- i'll refuse to wear shorts because i look to fat in them
- i'm starting to refuse sweets people give out
- keep watching diet programs to get me motivated
- not eating at school only at home

first off, love that song, and i'm tryping to write sheetmusic for the piano 4it [sorry, i know not helpful lol]

it is NOT good if your making yourself sick. and you're more than a little obsessive about your apperance. I think something's up with you here.

Wish i could help a little more, but maybe other users can. find somebody to talk to. Being aware of your diet is one thing, being obssive and counting every single calorie is not.

beauty from pain, my eating disorder started with many of the symptoms you describe, and some others. The fat you see at mirrors, on the legs when you use shorts, that may be a distorted body image. Watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qFbYW6bNViw
If you're unsure about your body, ask about it to someone you trust. Also, is it only about food? How is your self-esteem? Hope this can help you.

You are showing some real danger signs here. Do you have a friend or someone who you trust to talk to about some of this? Your doctor would be a really good person to talk to. He/she can give you a check up and advice on how to healthily and safely lose the weight you are trying to lose.

You know that something is wrong here, so please start looking at ways that you can improve your situation.

Yeah you should probably get some help for yourself before it gets worse, I mean its better to get help in the earlier stages.

Do you have anyone you can begin to open up to about what's going on for you?
