No considering anything Cryogenically preserved, it can live 72 hours in the right conditions. The temperature, the pH, the relative amount of nutrients available, and all sorts of stuff has to be right. Keep in mind, the female body provides everything needed to keep sperm alive. I'd say anything within a time frame of minutes to hours OUTSIDE the body can still be alive. Pools do not fit in the criteria of things sperm must have to survive.
