These are called nodules and these are common, they're just fat deposits that will go away after a few months/years. It's nothing serious and nothing to worry about.

I see you're a guy.

Breast tissue in guys reacts to (what else?) those hormones, by actually growing a bit and becoming more sensitive. This is both normal and (thankfully!) temporary.
