Calm down, its most likely the server, almost too busy, but not too much to display the message.

Ok this is what I think is happening:
Info: All computers have "temporary internet files" that completely store pages. It stores the pages in a perfect state, to where if you weren't even connected to the internet, your computer would access these files so that it could view the page in its last saved state.
when you press the "back" button, it goes to a previous page, right? Well when you press the "back" button, it goes to a previously saved copy of the page, not the updated one. So if you try to post, it won't show the reply.
This is only the problem if you are pressing the "back" button.
If you try to go to a thread, sometimes the computer settings are set up to where the page will load faster if it just uses those temporary internet files, instead of loading the page over again. This is annoying with sites like forums because it doesn't show updates. In order to see your posts, press the refresh button.
Maybe your computer settings were changed recently (because I remember you said that your parents put parental controls), so they could have changed your computer aruond and and that's why it's just started happening.
Although, this may not be the answer. It's only my guess.

I have that problem occasionally. A reload 5 seconds later does the trick for me.
On a side note, I deleted your other thread.
