The system of name changing on this site has constantly changed... I believe [though I could be wrong] at one point one could change their own name without much restriction... Then the admins began restricting name changes [what could be in your name and the amount of time between name changes] though there was a way to submit a name through your User CP. Since the most recent update however, access to that name changing "thingamajig" is non-existent. Now if you want your name changed you have to PM an admin asking them to do it for you.
