Gunk Under Skin

There is this yelow gunk under my penis skin
when i pull it down it sticks to the out side
and some times it just comes out a little when pull skin down a little
its really starting to scare me and need help

Rinse your penis with water in the shower every day. This is smegma, a collection of dead skin and oils. If you wash it (especially with a wash cloth) daily (or semi-daily) it shouldn't come back.

No. It's harmless stuff. You just need to clean it away. Unless you have really fast-regenerating skin it will probably just stop. :)

If it comes back a lot despite washing it daily, I suppose you do. I've never heard of that happening.

Also, make sure not to confuse underwear lint with it, if you wear briefs. :)

I think you'll be fine, though, even if you have unusual skin.

its called smegma its basicly dead skin just wash your genital area every day and it will go away.
