Ok so if you have sex before you have your period, can you get pregnant? Is it bad for you?

[I'm assuming you mean before you've started your period at all.]
Yes, you can get pregnant, remember that your period is the (sorry, if this is wrong I can't remember, too well) uterus breaking down AFTER the egg has failed to be fertilised.
The first egg is usually weak and fragile but it can still be fertilised even if it isn't stable!
I would say that if your periods haven't regulated yet, then your body isn't ready for sexual activity - and your mental/emotional health probably isn't ready yet either. So yes, it is bad for you.
EDIT:
i wear pads b/c im waaaay too scared to use tampons. just the thought of it makes me uncomfortable...Plus, you can die if u leave them in too long!!!!!!!!!!
Ok, I got that wrong then?
In which case YES you are very likely to get pregnant because during adolescence a girl is her most likely to concieve.
You may want to read the information thread about periods stickied in this forum.
Oh, and ALWAYS USE PROTECTION-CONDOMS ARE THE BEST WHEN USED PROPERLY!

The answer is that, yes, you can get pregnant if you have unprotected sex before your period. Actually, you can get pregnant at any time during the cycle, eventhough there are more days that you're more fertile.
You're 14, and personally I think you're too young for sex. What you're feeling, that urge, doesn't mean that the other part that's affected by sex, your feelings and your emotional response to it, aren't quite yet mature enough to anticipate what it might feel like (emotionally), or to deal with those feelings afterwards. The body's ability for sex, and the hormonal desire for it develop sooner than the minds ability to tolerate (and enjoy) the entire expereince.
Maybe that's why people masturbate.

Oh, I apologize! I just assumed that of you were interested in sex, you would at least be that far into puberty.
If you're not menstruating, then you're not ovulating yet. But, the *other* part of what I said probably hold to be even more true, as you're not developed enough just yet, regardless of what girls even younger than you are saying they're doing.
