is it possible that it can be clear cum and why is it clear?

Well "clear" isn't a color its just translucent. It is possible and its clear because of the fact that there are other fluids in it besides just sperm.

Do you mean white? As KGTM said clear is just transulcent and i thought it's a bit like smegma or something like that.
I don't think it is smegma, i can't remember the definition though. Someone else will tell you. Oh and you don't need to panic, aslong as you haven't got a discharge coming out you'll be fine.

I know what you mean by clear... he actually means CLEAR (lol). Like colourless urine (don't worry, it isn't pee :D), its just a clear liquid. This just means you aren't totally developed. If you're under 16 years old you're probably just not producing enough sperm yet, and therefore you ejaculate mostly just the seminal fluid (which is clear).

OK, your 'stuff' is made up of a lot of fluids made in diff parts. The ability to make sperm comes latest, it's the last thing to be added to the ejaculate ('Cum'). So, things like Cowper's fluid, and prostate fluid develop first, those glands develop earlier, so they add stuff first, and that stuff is typically clear.

So, I'd bet that you're just starting to develop, and what's coming out are the first fluids, which are clear. As you develop more and get older, it'll get cloudier/whiter, as the testicles mature and make sperm, and add that to the mixture.
