That sounds ALOT worse than simple blue balls. First off, if you have blue balls then ejaculation isn't supposed to hurt, it's supposed to make you feel better! And even blue balls in the first place should be a dull ache at the very worst. Blue balls is NOT a very bad pain like you've described, I've actually had blue balls and really it's just uncomfortable and annoying, not unbearable (so girls, don't let your boyfriends pressure you into doing sexual things with the old "blue balls" complaint! They're lying so they can get some action! And if they aren't, they can easily "deal with it" on their own if you know what I mean :D).

Blue balls is just supposed to be a slight soreness when you don't ejaculate for a while, and when you do ejaculate it should feel extremely good. I would see a doctor.

If your testicles actually hurt, there's something else going on other than 'too much stimulation'. You were either holding them, or your legs, or tensing your muscles in some weird way, or you actually twisted a testicle during excessive *whatever*. But, whatever you felt was not from a lack of ejaculation.

Try to think about what you were doing to yourself that session, and avoid it in the future!

you might be experiencing growth in your testicles. do they look swollen? i remember when i was about 15 my right testicle hurt so bad, due to growth, i had to put ice on them and take some anti inflamatory pills.

LOL! C'mon, if you're going at it very fast for a long time, AND you're hitting your testicles with your hand as you're doing this, it might be causing the pain!

Be careful, you can go as long as you want, just use a little common sense, like making sure you're not hitting your scrotum with each hard and fast stroke, or squeezing your testicles, etc.

You cannot get testicle pain from masturbating for a long time, unless you're whacking your testicles! If you hit any part of your body repeatedly, with force, and over a period of time, it'll get bruised. That's what's probably happening to your bits here.
