Try washing it less (washing=dryer), and maybe put some non stingy lotion on it.

Hmm.....Well, I couldnt come up with any medical reason. Um, try some lotion its all I could think of or maybe some cream that soothes cracked skin.

Moisturizer. And just try to avoid too much sun exposure.

believe me, there isn't much sun exposure in that area.

Hehe actually made me smile. Anyways just use a mild moisturizer that won't burn the surrounding area. Also when washing that area try to lather softly rather than scrubbing it.

*Looking through notebook and high school notes for more information*

Edit* Is this something new? How long has it been since this appeared? Does it get itchy sometimes?

Do you shave in the fore mentioned area? I think you could put moisturizing lotion down there and that will make it better.

It sounds like irritation or mild eczema not like a fungus or bacteria. Have you been having intercourse lately? That could in fact be the source of your dry and flaky skin. That one I had to look for.

try a skin repair lotion or if a cool sensation feels good, try medicated powder. smells good too! :D

Be careful to what moisturiser you use; try looking for one containing Aloe Vera or Vitamin E, both would be better. Try an avoid the use of soap or body wash in that area for a while and just wash said area with water. Apply the moisturiser about twice a day.

Typically, penis skin doesn't get dry or noticeably peel. it could be as simple as a reaction to a new soap,or excessive masturbation. Do you have a fungal infection? Is it red and itchy, is there a bad smell too? If so, you've got one, and you'd need some treatment.

If not, try a thin layer of Sam's treatment of choice, a thin layer of Vaseline jelly for a few days. But, D/C use if it gets worse, as that would indicate it's the aforementioned fungal.
