well you need to ask yourself, why are you feeling guilty? there is nothing to feel guilty about at all. masturbation is a normal, natural and healthy thing to do. just because its something thats kept private, doesn't mean that its something wrong. so just remember that when you feel guilty, because there is nothing to feel guilty about.

I think it's a pretty normal feeling. I think that you don't feel guilty about masturbating, I think it's just maybe guilt about your thought during it. At least that's how it was for me. It will pass, or else you'll just get used to it. Just remember that there is nothing to feel guilty about.

Guilt over masturbation=recognition that it's secretive, and we haven't gotten permission to do it. So, since most people are raised to not keep secrets and to get permission before doing something new, we feel 'guilt' or 'shame' not so much for the act of masturbating (which is harmless, normal, and universal), but b/c we feel we're betraying our parents and all they've taught us about keeping secrets and doing things wthout their permission.
