I think in come cases an uncut penis can look bigger because of the extra skin that a cut penis is lacking, this is probably the basis on where these boys are getting their ideas from. If they are laughing at you simply ask why their looking at your penis in the first place, that should put them in line.

it may make it LOOK bigger, because the foreskin may hang a little lower than the head, but once the penis is erect, the foreskin retracts and look just like a cut penis, so once erect, they are pretty much the same.
