URGH! Late periods

Is there a reason for me to be so pissed off because my period is late by like four days?

I don't know why but if I'm late by even one day I'm constantly irritable until I get my period, so the past four days have been killing me!

Oh, while I'm asking questions: Since my last period I've been getting somewhat of a heavy discharge, usually it last upto a week after and is hardly noticeable... And sometimes it looks a bit cloudy and can be a bit smelly - I know these can be signs of an infection, but I don't really fancy getting checked out, do you think I should though, just in case?

I think it would probably be an idea o get checked out just incase you have an infection but some girls do get a whiteish discharge inbetween there periods. if it is so bad i would consider wearing a panty liner so thea you dont stain your underware.
