Bwaaaa Nipples?

Ok so recently i have bien noticing my nipples being erect and not erect. This usauly happens when im cold and i also noticed that there are tiny little bumps on the ring and inside of it? is this normal? puberty?:confused:

^yup. It's normal. Your nipples will be erect when it's cold, and possibly when you stimulate them.

The ring of your nipple (not the tip) is called the areola. The small little bumps on the areola probably sebaceous glands (oil glands) and are perfectly normal.

Thanks but what ive also noticed in gym other guys nipples are always erect

well a nipple can be visible when not erect. I'm not sure how to explain that but you really don't need to worry about it.
