Pads at night.
If my flow is heavy I wear a panty liner with my tampon, or if I know I am going to be out for a long time where a bathroom isn't readily available.

Carefree Silk Ease regular tampons, day and night. I'm aware this doesn't work for everybody, but I barely bleed at all, and only need to change every 6-7 hours.

i wear pads b/c im waaaay too scared to use tampons. just the thought of it makes me uncomfortable...Plus, you can die if u leave them in too long!!!!!!!!!!

i use tampons at skool and wen i go out also wearing a pad at the same time just incase
and usualy pads around the house and wen im sleeping
