There are a bunch of slang terms. The only one I use is "Going commando" It mostly depends on where you live and what other people say to know your unofficial term.

Generally any from the usa call it free balling, but any that are, or used to be part of the common wealth call it going comandoe, as the term comando comes from a soldier from africa whom fought for the british empire and yet wore no underwear. But if you are from a counrty that fits neither catagoreis, you may call it either beer bellying, youpeeing (not meant as peeing(urinal)) or googling. Depends though. ok.
