well it depends on ur age. The average teen should begin to develop between the ages of 12-13. Puberty is like flowers, some flowers bloom late others bloom early but most bloom right on time.

Well you go into puberty and develop later than most people. Its no big deal really, and its not medical or anything Just how bodies work differently.

OK, OK. As long as puberty starts before, say 17, you're OK. I'd venture a guess that nearly 100% of guys fall into that category. There's a wide range of what's considered 'normal' for this as there's no set time table.
