I was just wondering, how exactly does sniffing it, give you its effects? Does it like go up into your brain or something?
Now that I think about it, I remember someone saying it causes your brain to bleed or something. Is that true?

don't try it, it's amazing, but so addictive, and it's not worth it, but you'll think it is, ugh. i hope i didn't do any real damage.

If I remember right, it triggers endorfins to be released, which then go into receptors that send a feel-good feeling throughout the body. After a while you get too used to that feeling and therefore feel the need to do more to get the same feeling, which is why is becomes so addictive.
It doesn't cause your brain to bleed,
It gives you nose bleeds.

Baseing my opinion on Ketamine, When you snort it, you feel it go down your throught eventually, and then the high usually starts. Cocaine has a much milder taste, so I never really noticed it going down, but I'm pretty sure it starts when it starts down your throught.
and no, it doesn't make your brain bleed.

there are open Capillaries in both of your nostrils, when the user snorts the cocaine the drug makes its way into the bloodstream through these blood vessels.

Then it causes your white blood cells to release endogenous morphine. Just liek everyone else is saying, don't try it, my friend is TOTALLY ruined because of it. He just acts overbearing.

Thank you for actually knowing what you're talking about before posting.
Cocaine does NOT release "endegenous" morphine, as the human brain has no morphine in it.
Cocaine doesn't release endorphins either, which could be considered our brains' native painkillers.
The user inhales to bring the cocaine into the sinuses, where mucosa will bring the cocaine into the bloodstream. The cocaine eventually begins to drip down the back of the user's throat. The cocaine never at any point makes direct contact with the brain or even the lungs; the cocaine stays in the sinuses until it drips down the throat and into the stomach.
Cocaine acts by causing a release of (primarily) two important neurotransmitters: norepinepherine and dopamine. Dopamine is the chief neurotransmitter in the reward system of the brain, which explains why cocaine feels good. Norepinepherine is responsible for stimulation/wakefulness in the nervous system, which explains the sensations of exhilaration and alertness. The cocaine high is so short-lived that the user typically responds by using more cocaine, which can lead to a difficult pattern of dependence.

You practically ruin your nose snorting after a few years and it goes straight up into your brain and kills it.

You ruin your nose, that's true (there's a British actress whose septum [part of the nose between nostrils] actually fell out due to damage from the acidity of cocaine powder), but what you said about it going "straight up into your brain" is 100% wrong.
