Okay, my weight is like, dramatically flucuating recently. A few weeks ago I was in the hospital with pnemonia. I was admitted at 220, and released at 200 lbs. Then I hit 220 again, and now I am at 210 and dropping. Whats way weird, is that I am eating just like before, and not really excercising much honestly.
Any ideas? And no, i am not complaining that I am losing weight. I know I definately need to lose a few. or more lol

Hm. Well, weight-loss after sickness IS common, but I'm not so sure about weight-gain. Are you weighing yourself every day? Weight can change drastically between days...
Perhaps it's the recent boost in metabolism from your body fighting the pnemonia.
Sorry if I'm not much help! =/

Also if you weigh yourself after big meals, the beginning or end of the day could probably effect what the scale says

This could also be something we call water weight. Water weight can affect your total weight anywhere from 1-10 pounds and sometimes even more.True weight gain happens gradually and likewise we lose it gradually. Check your weight weekly instead of daily and look for overall trends. If you are seeing dramatic daily changes in your weight, it is likely the ever-changing shifts of our bodies’ water weight.

I was thinking you could have growth suppression it makes your weight fluccuate due to growth obviuosly. I'm reading about it and it seems as though you might have it.

Coincidently, I also had pneumonia just a week or so ago. I lost about 20lbs, and haven't gained it back. (not like I need to..)
I severely needed to lose it, but at the cost of not getting my body the proper things it needed, (I was never hungry and couldn't eat) I don't think it's the best way :P

Well maybe you are over dieting or over exercising. Maybe you should make a chart. Weigh yourself everyday after every meal. After every exercise. And see which one it is.

If you are depressed or stressed that probably is the issue. I would recommend reliving yourself so you dont get seriously sick.
