okay i just notice before i made a thread about bumps on the penis on sides and i mentioned one was slightly bigger than the rest. Well i looked at it today and its a big red pimple like the size of a normal one and big and red, its kinda where the head meets the shaft (btw i am uncut) and only alittle white head is showing its more big and red than white. Im just curious shoudl i leave it and let nature do it and wait for it to pop on its on, or what? i dont wanna go digging into the skin near my dick with my finger nails and shit.

if it hurts too much to pop it, then don't, and wait until it calms down (isn't swollen or hurting as much) until you pop it, or wait for it to go away.
if you can pop it without it hurting too much, try so you can get some of the puss out, and use a very small amount of alcohol just to make sure it's clean

Be sure to keep it clean, if there's any urine left after peeing, use a piece of toilet paper to keep it clean

well i just looked again today and notice its pretty large and it looks white head but not so much white as a transparent white with red color. I was hoping to just let it go, umm i heard of getting rid of them to put a hot wet rag and it will get rid of the white head.

If it's pretty big then I suggest you may want to try to pop it. If you're afraid of your nails, then try clipping your nails. Sometimes it's easier to do things with shorter nails

No, no, no, I'm loathe to disagree with my bud Zachary the Flexie on this one, but for the sake of accuracy (and your safety) I must. So here goes (*Sam braces self for inevitable volcano*).

You can get a pimple anywhere on your body, it's really just an inflammation of one of the pores (sebaceous glands), and sometimes a little infection. That's what causes the reddened bump, and that's what's white, it's the pus inside from the infection. This sounds gross, and it may appear gross, but leaving it all intact lessens the grossness, even if you have the urge to do something to make it go away, like popping it.

The worst thing you can do to a zit is to pop it. In addition to opening the skin to infection, you increase the risk of further contamination as the wound is exposed, you risk scarring/pock mark (who needs a scar anywhere, but especially on your penis!), and it really takes the body longer to heal the wound then for it to heal the zit.

Treatment consists of first convincing yourself that you're doing the right thing by doing nothing and tolerating the little zit till it clears up on it's own. Keep it clean, avoid friction.

If it (or any other zit) gets bigger, redder, or angrier over time, then it might be a special type of zit that requires medical intervention. However, if it's like most zits and seems to stay the same, or get slightly smaller over time, leave it alone, it'll go away in due course.

^^That's what they say about all zits, but I sure as hell don't listen. There are different methods for different people, and I prefer to pop zits, rather than "let them take their time"
