I would think that most girls that care about penis size care about it because either A) they have been "brainwashed" into thinking that the bigger the cock the better, or B) they just receive more pleasure from bigger cocks and they're sex crazy/hungry, thus they only enjoy cocks of a certain size. Certain girls may actually look at the other way and be afraid of big cocks [afraid they may hurt/harm them] and only look towards guys with average/small cocks.
