I'm not sure what the administrative position on this is (although I kinda do), but I can say that I will answer any general, info seeking question that seems more 'eductional'. I won't answer anything that seems to promote sexual activity, nor will I engage in any personal convo about improving the sex lives of minors, or sharing personal sexual info.
I think it depends on the OP's question, and the intent in asking it.

If your talking about sex-ed, then yes you can ask that...note the discriptions
but it's clear kiros doesn't want anything beyond that

that thread is very old and doesn't apply to right now.
If you would like to suggest a thread like this, try using the Suggestions forum (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=9).
Although, the moderators do not lock all threads like that. Sex education questions ARE allowed on this forum as it is very important to practice safe sex. But questions about how to have sex and sexual experiences are not allowed.

We do allow threads about sex education, condoms, and birth control. An entire sticky about that subject is in the relationship forum
http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=15209
Up until summer 2006 these threads weren't allowed, but the rules were changed to allow them. We don't lock threads about sex education anymore.

Alexander I love you like woah.
The only threads we don't allow are explicit ones that talk or ask about sex/masturbation techniques or sharing stories of a sexual nature. Other than that, sex ed, condoms, birth control, etc are all allowed.

Also, please keep in mind post dates when you reply and even request other members to reply to a thread. The thread mentioned (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=7596) is two years old. We discourage replying to threads that are older than 3 months, so that post was definitely uncalled for.
I'm not deliberately trying to pick on you, Dezi, but try to also use better titles for threads. A subject title like "Posts About Sex, Condoms, Birth Control, etc." would have been MUCH better than "don't u wish.......". If that makes any sense. :|
