Well being uncircumcised you'll have to roll back when using a condom for sex. No it will not burn because of the lubrication and smoothness of the latex. If it's unprotected sex, the foreskin will most likely roll on and off due to the thrusting movements.

It hurts when you touch it with a finger because of the friction between them. If you had lubed your finger or have previously pre cummed then most likely it wouldn't have, due to the friction between the two has been greatly minimized.

No, uncircumcised sex doesn't hurt, the sensations are very different during sex than when you touch your glans with your finger.

The penis (regardless if it's with foreskin or not) is a very specialized organ, it is designed to provide maximium pleasure during intercourse. So, anything else, any other type of stimulation, really isn't the same, the feeling isnlt the same, so you cannot generalize that experience onto what sex 'might' feel like.
