ok, the other day i was looking at my foreskin and i realised i have these tiny almost white in colour "lumps" under my foreskin.
I was wondering if anyone knew what they were or if i should be concerned

Those little "lumps" are called smegma. Its basically a bunch of oil and dead skin cells that have accumulated there. Normally if you can see this, you should clean under your foreskin more or if you haven't been, then you should start.
