Aching sweat spots on toes? Kerry, can you be a bit more detailed, maybe throw a few more words, preferably descriptive ones, in there?

I have had them before now this time they are twice as many....They are very painful and right next to each other and they are on evvery single toe...Mostly on the one next to the little one on both feet

I'm still confuzzled by the term 'sweat spots'. Typically, you don't get spots where you sweat. Do you have some irritation, are they blisters caused by shoes? are they on the top, bottom, sides? Do they smell? Are they oozing?
Sorry, I'm just not getting a clear picture here.

They are caused by my shoes.
On the top of my toes and like little blisters.
Don't smell
Don't ooze just ache alot
It where my shoes are plastic but my feet can't breathe and they come up in little spots
Irritation is the word

GOT IT!! (and thanks, cutie pie!).
You've got blisters, caused by the friction between the shoes and your feet, the sweat provides just enough friction to create the irritation.
Put some antibiotic cream on them, and wear cotton socks for a few days.
