As far as I know, yes, anyone can get hair anywhere on their body whether it be their chest, or the bottom of their feet.

I sure hope not.
There are certain physical characteristics that are gender specific, and mercifully, chest hair is one of them. (the follicles in the chest are only stimulated by MALE hormones, so only guys get hairy pects!).

I'm not sure, I know that we learned that girls can grow hair around their nipples when we did sexual education in Health class.

Girls can get chest fuzz, I suppose, that fine downy hair that covers the body, but not the typical male pattern chest hair. Not the burly hair!
There can be nipple hairs, but they are sorta stray ones, again nothing like what guys get.

It's possible.
If women can get moustaches and beards,
Why not chest hair?

YES.
Apparently it's more common than people realise (I watch a lot of body related programmes).
Nipple hair is more likely than actual chest hair, and it can look as thick as pubic hair - this normally gets into the girl's shaving routine...
Whereas actual chest hair is normally the fine hairs that (pretty much) completely covers everyone's body, but in some cases it's a little thicker but still nothing like the hairs that guys get on their chests.
EDIT: Oh, and because the typical woman has less body hair than men, the gals that do get nipple / chest hair don't tend to open up about it.... Usually because they're scared that people think it's weird.

That's stupid, not dating a girl because of body hair. And I'm sure most girls who have it would take care of it by removing it.

It is very possible for girls to get hair on their chest. Its usually not like male chest hair, but they can grow a few light hairs. Nipple hair is more common.
