Does anyone know how to convert the audio from a DVD to an mp3 format? I want to do this because I want to convert some concert audio from a DVD I have onto my iPod.

Have you googled freeware for it? On my ubuntu I have software for that, but for windows and mac your best bet is to buy something or google it.

I'm not sure if any of them work but you can try out the trials and whatnot. :)

I just record it in Audacity when I watch it, so it works even if it's a DVD that they don't have a decryption key for. You can also split tracks in Audacity, and record at the highest setting your sound card allows.
